DIY: Hollywood Inspired Mirror and Vanity Shelf

I like for my makeup to be mostly on display and within reach. This is the design I created and that I am very happy with. I hope you enjoy and it gives you some ideas on how to organize your own makeup.

REMEMBER:

• Organize on the top vanity with your most used routine products
• Organize lipsticks by brand, then by color
• Group same specific products in each drawer/container
• Acrylic organizers are available in Amazon and various other stores

Top of the Vanity Shelf

My most used, routine makeup products are here.

On top acrylic organizer, starting from the back , on the left I keep Revlon lipsticks, brushes, and light concealers. Next I keep my Estee Lauder foundation, favorite concealers, primers, Guerlain Meteorites powders, brow powder, beauty blenders, moisturizer, eyelash curler, and my favorite HG Bobbi Brown highlighter.

This right side is where I keep MAC and Tom Ford lipsticks, lipliners, lip balms, setting sprays, and mascaras.

Above that is where I keep my Fresh lip balms, lip scrubs, and lips masks.

This left side is where I keep brow makeup and tools, eyeliners, and brush cleaner wipes.

This is where I keep my favorite mid to high-end foundation.

This is where I keep my favorite drugstore foundation.

 This is where I keep my least used foundation.

This is where I keep my favorite drugstore lipsticks.

 This is where I keep my favorite single eyeshadows.

 This is where I keep my least used single eyeshadows.

 This is where I keep most of my Wet 'n' Wild eyeshadow palettes.

Middle Shelf

This is where I keep my Besame, Kat Von D, Bite Maple from Canada, NARS, Charlotte Tilbury, and Tom Ford Lipsticks.

 This is where I keep my pressed setting powders.

 This is where I keep some smaller eyeshadow palettes.

 This is where I keep my cream color correcting and contouring, and favorite contouring powder.

 This is were I keep my loose setting powders.

 This is where I keep small eyeshadow palettes.

 Majority of my most used eyeshadow palettes are kept here.

Last shelf

This is where I keep most of my lip products.

Another favorite drugstore liquid lipsticks, it shouldn't be a surprise since Jordana and Milani are a sister company.

Mint Shelf - Top

I keep my "special"/favorite mid to high-end lipsticks and liquid lipsticks here, Colour pop lipsticks, Guerlain Meteorites, brushes, and some other decorations.

The middle shelf

This is where I keep blush palettes and Hourglass blushes.

This is where I keep my drugstore blushes.

This is where I keep my favorite, mid-end blushes, and Colour Pop blushes. I am obsessed with Anna Sui Rose blushes, they are very special to me since I brought back from Canada.

This is where I keep face primers and setting sprays.

This is where I keep more face palettes. On the drawer, bronzers and contour powder.

This is where I keep my drugstore bronzers, highlighters, and contouring and highlighting palettes.

This is where I keep my mid-end cream and powder highlighters and Colour Pop highlighters.

Bottom shelf

 This is where I keep some cool Star Wars lipsticks and others.

 This is where I keep all my least used black eyeliners and some other mecillenious things. Seriously, how do I keep collecting black pencil liners when I never used them is beyond me.

This is where I keep my unopened mascaras. Same with black pencils, how I keep collecting them is beyond me. Ha

Middle

 Where I keep my contouring palettes and other eyeshadow palettes.

 This is where I keep some of my favorite drugstore liquid lipsticks, I heart Jordana.

 This is where I keep my concealers.

This is where I keep my eyelashes that I hardly use. I took most of them out of the boxes so they could fit properly.

 This is where I keep more mascara.

And I believe that is all! This was just some of the makeup that I keep on display other items are safely kept away for backup purposes.
